Looking for evidence-based information to create your birth plan but don't need physical support? The chrysalis package is for you.

This prenatal package includes:

This package includes:

2 1-hour prenatal appointments
24/7 on-call period from 2 weeks prior to due date until delivery
Ongoing physical, emotional, and informational support during labour and delivery, and up to 2 hours after birth
1 one-hour follow-up postpartum visit

I offer:

Single postpartum daytime session: $35/hr (minimum of 3 hours)
Single session overnight support: $225-$350/night
Build-your-own flutter package: Customized packages of 3 sessions or more will receive 10% off single-session pricing

Empathetic and flexible bereavement support

I offer:

Support with errands
Support sorting through belongings
Light housekeeping and food prep
Support with plans for how to introduce children to discussions of loss and death
An empathetic ear
